Please answer a few questions to help us match you with a mentee. Our mentor program covers Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

• Attend the Marbleseed Organic Farming Conference in La Crosse, WI in 2025 and 2026. (You get one registration to each conference as a mentor.)
• Visit the mentee's farm at least once during the season.
• Host your mentee on your farm once during the season.
• Communicate regularly with the mentee via phone or email at least twice a month.
• Answer your mentee’s phone calls or emails in a timely manner.
• Communicate progress with the program coordinator, periodically throughout the year via email, phone, or by responding to written surveys.
