• Attend the Marbleseed Organic Farming Conference in La Crosse, WI in 2025 and 2026. (You get one registration to each conference as a mentee.)
• Have the mentor visit my farm at least once during the season.
• Visit my mentor's farm at least once during the season. (Marbleseed will reimburse mileage.)
• Communicate regularly with my mentor via phone or email about farming issues at least twice a month.
• Upon acceptance to the program, pay $350 to participate. (Pay this fee when you register for the 2023 Marbleseed Conference.)
• Communicate progress with the program coordinator, periodically throughout the year via emails, phone, or by responding to written surveys.
